Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Run the day to day operations of tem academy so every cohort moves through a clear, trackable learning journey.

-Own the Notion based academy workspace, structuring modules and projects and keeping tracking and reporting simple and useful.

-Own onboarding for every new joiner, embedding how we work, monitoring quizzes and checkpoints and following up when people fall behind expectations.

Requirements:

-Love for AI and automation, with real examples of how you already use them to multiply your output.

-Experience in learning and development, operations or program coordination in a complex, fast moving environment.

-Strong systems thinker who can run and maintain tools like Notion, structuring content and building practical tracking and workflows.
