Advertising Operations Specialist

Provide critical support to the Advertising team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at organization, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You’ll manage advertising reports, streamline workflows, support leadership, and ensure that the team has the tools and resources needed to drive advertising success in a fast-paced environment. Manage advertising reports, databases, and platform profiles across multiple tools (Pacvue, Criteo, Promote IQ, etc.). Support department leadership with scheduling, reporting (LTRs, budgets, pacing files), and SOP documentation. Coordinate training, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure teams have access to tools and resources. Deliver accurate DSP invoices and agency fees, and ensure advertising budgets are approved, tracked, and communicated on time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key point of contact for requests, meetings, and project updates.
