ServiceNow Team Project Manager/Architect

Job Overview:

• Responsible for leading strategy, architecture, and execution of ServiceNow platform initiatives in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
• Combines hands-on technical leadership with project and program management, team mentorship, and governance.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages vendor relationships, and drives continuous improvement of platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, and other modules.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional ServiceNow development and administration team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT project management and/or solution delivery.
• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, business rules, catalog items, scripting, and integrations.
