Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of the healthcare compliance program at GeneDx, ensuring laboratory operations, billing practices, and regulatory reporting align with healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, including CLIA, HIPAA, CMS, and OIG guidelines. Manage and continuously improve the corporate compliance program, including policies, procedures, training, and monitoring systems, as well as ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Develop and deliver training programs, conduct internal audits, investigate reports of noncompliance, and serve as a compliance advisor to leadership.
