About the Role:

• You'll be a key player in an early-stage role with room to build a team and shape tools that don't exist yet.
• Work alongside expert creative professionals and marketing leaders on problems most of the industry hasn't started solving.
• Shape the future of production, not just your own edits.

What You'll Do:

• Direct AI-generated video and image assets using Seedance, Image 2.0, Nano Banana Pro, and Higgsfield to a professional, on-brand standard.
• Design eye-catching covers, thumbnails, and social posts that earn the click.
• Edit and assemble raw footage with special effects, animation, and sound into polished, finished work.

What You Bring:

• A strong portfolio proving you can edit diverse content into short-form video with excellent animation.
• Real command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with solid motion graphics chops.
• Hands-on understanding of leading AI image and video models and how to prompt them for on-brand, high-quality output.
