Job Description

The Renewals Account Manager will own the full renewal lifecycle: outreach, discovery, negotiation, quoting, and signature. They will manage approximately 50+ renewals per quarter with accuracy and clear communication, maintaining reliable forecasting for the current and next quarter. This role requires ensuring alignment with pricing guardrails, discounting policies, and approval workflows and demonstrating high attention to detail in pricing, quoting, and commercial documentation.

Customer engagement involves serving as the primary point of contact for renewal and commercial discussions, conducting proactive outreach 90–180 days before renewal, and managing objections to ensure a smooth renewal experience. Cross-functional collaboration includes commercial conversations for your renewal base, partnering with AEs and CSMs when needed, and working with Marketing on targeted communications.

Commercial strategy and operational excellence require identifying low-effort add-ons, term extensions, and expansion signals, maintaining impeccable Salesforce hygiene, and contributing to scalable renewal workflows, templates, and playbooks.
