Enrollment Data Analyst

Position Overview:

• Support the accuracy, integrity, and operational reliability of member enrollment data across health plan systems.
• Sit at the intersection of EDI operations, data quality, and health plan administration.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of enrollment data from inbound 834 file processing through system validation, data entry, and ongoing maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound HIPAA 834 transaction files with trading partners, employers, and TPAs.
• Validate 834 file structures for compliance with X12 5010 standards, resolving segment errors and rejected transactions.
• Perform systematic validation of member enrollment records against source documents and plan eligibility rules.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position; candidates must reside in the US within Central or Eastern time zones.
• Standard business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, with occasional flexibility for regulatory deadlines.
• Requires a dedicated, private workspace and reliable high-speed internet for secure data handling.
