Communications Lead

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing the stories we should be telling to reach our business goals.
• Finding the right channels, audiences, and moments to tell them.
• Concepting, planning, and executing tentpole communications campaigns from idea through execution and measurement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of communications experience with 5+ years in leadership positions at consumer-facing tech companies.
• Expert level skills around the full communications playbook (earned media, social, owned content, partnerships, executive visibility, community).
• Excellent written communication skills and deep social and digital fluency.

Pluses:

• Experience translating technical products into compelling mainstream narratives.
• Experience building and mobilizing communities of advocates.
• Strong press instincts and narrative development skills.
