Publications & Conferences Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support global publication plan execution and manage deliverables such as manuscripts and abstracts.
• Maintain publication trackers and ensure compliant, timely processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and writers for high-quality outputs.

Conferences & Events:

• Assist in planning scientific congresses and medical meetings globally.
• Coordinate logistics including abstracts, booths, hotels, and transportation.
• Support vendor coordination and communication with external advisors and speakers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare field with 4+ years in medical publications or affairs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments with familiarity with publication guidelines.
• Strong project management, scientific writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
