Sr. Data Engineer

Your Role:

• We're seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to build and own the data foundation of our product: pipelines, models, and infrastructure.
• Design ingestion and transformation pipelines, shape data modeling, make analytics trustworthy, and build pipelines for matching and recommendation models.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and VP of Data & AI on a small, nimble team.

What You'll Own:

• Pipelines and platform: Design, build, and operate ingestion and transformation pipelines reliably and at scale.
• Data modeling and quality: Own how core data is structured, tested, and documented, including skills and occupation taxonomies.
• Analytics enablement: Build transformation layers and datasets for internal analytics and customer insights.
• ML data infrastructure: Maintain pipelines for matching and recommendation models and partner to deploy and improve models.
