Job Description
Dine Source is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Information Systems Security Architect (ISSA) to design, implement, and oversee secure systems and architectures in accordance with government and organizational standards. This role is critical in ensuring our systems meet rigorous security requirements throughout the entire system development lifecycle (SDLC).
Capture, refine, and validate system security requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Design secure system architectures, networks, and solutions in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices. Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and controls. Conduct thorough system testing and certification to ensure compliance with security standards.
Identify, assess, and document security threats and vulnerabilities; perform risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate and communicate effectively with technical teams, customers, and leadership regarding security concerns. Participate in all phases of the SDLC, from planning through deployment and maintenance. Implement and monitor secure coding practices, secure data transport mechanisms, and data encryption at rest. Apply least privilege, role-based access controls (RBAC), and secure design principles throughout system development. Utilize automated tools to perform vulnerability scanning and ensure system integrity.
