Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of small schools across NSW and QLD.
  • Own renewals with a clear, fixed pricing structure.
  • Identify opportunities for customer expansion and partner with the Account Management team.

Tasks:

  • Build and run automated email sequences, renewal journeys, and usage prompts using HubSpot.
  • Support tech-driven onboarding for new schools that join your segment.
  • Track teacher and student usage and run targeted nudges at key moments.

Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to refine and improve repeatable, scalable service motions.
