Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of small schools across NSW and QLD.
- Own renewals with a clear, fixed pricing structure.
- Identify opportunities for customer expansion and partner with the Account Management team.
Tasks:
- Build and run automated email sequences, renewal journeys, and usage prompts using HubSpot.
- Support tech-driven onboarding for new schools that join your segment.
- Track teacher and student usage and run targeted nudges at key moments.
Teamwork:
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to refine and improve repeatable, scalable service motions.
