Design and deliver global partner enablement programs by building onboarding, training, and sales enablement tailored to partner type and maturity. Drive partner sales productivity by creating content and playbooks that enable partners to sell and deliver effectively across solution areas. Measure and optimize impact by tracking adoption, certifications, pipeline contribution, and performance metrics to refine programs. Manage multiple initiatives by planning, prioritizing, and executing enablement projects across regions and partner segments.
Communicate and facilitate effectively by presenting with confidence to partners, simplifying complex solutions, and engaging stakeholders from sales reps to executives. Align strategically by ensuring all enablement aligns to GTM priorities, partner business objectives, and measurable outcomes.
