Tutor Operations Specialist (Work from Home)

Supports Tutor Applicants and support Tutor Onboarding which includes screening candidates for tutor, group instructor, and educator roles. Assist the tutor-setup process in the tutor marketplace including supporting applicants via phone, chat, email, and even video if necessary. Conduct data entry, registration, and enrollment activities for school district accounts. Add new courses to digital inventory and provide ongoing maintenance of this inventory. Set up sessions in catalog based on client or course requirements following checklists and documented processes. Match students with experts for one-on-one instruction and classes, following document processes and checklists. Assist tutors with questions about opportunities via phone, chat, email, and even video if necessary. Partner with parents to identify and assess student’s needs to implement the appropriate tutoring support. Manage course participants, cancellations, and credits. Schedule meeting links for courses when necessary
