Job Description
This role provides escalation support for server and cloud systems to RFA and its clients. Support areas include all Client and RFA computer infrastructure. In addition, this role is responsible for organizing highly complex activities for IT development, task coordination, implementation, and maintenance of technology initiatives. This job is visible to all levels of Senior Management and awards the exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global IT services provider.
The Systems Administrator must always display a high-level of professionalism and sound judgment by promoting superior service to RFA clients. The ideal candidate will have experience providing IT support to the financial services industry and have worked for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
Responsibilities include supporting anti-spam, web-filtering, network perimeter defence appliances and remote access solutions, managing and supporting storage and virtualization platforms, and acting as an escalation point for matters concerning server, systems and cloud infrastructure.
