Job Description
We're looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to help take our Commercial team to the next level. This is a builder's role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, lean environments and loves turning big ideas into scalable programs. You'll support the entire Commercial organization, with a strong focus on our core go-to-market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, Paid Media, Partnerships and Measurement. You’ll own high-impact initiatives that shape how we sell, grow, and lead. Key responsibilities include building from scratch, owning onboarding, coaching & developing, empowering leaders, analyzing & optimizing, partnering cross-functionally, delivering engaging content, measuring success, and innovating. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role, preferably at a fast-paced SaaS, AdTech, or creator economy company.
