Own the Onboarding & Ramp Program:
- Build and manage the full onboarding lifecycle from content creation to facilitation to program measurement.
- Extract and codify what top performers do well, turning tribal knowledge into repeatable enablement content.
Deliver Cohort-Based Experiences:
- Lead a regular cadence of cohort onboarding experiences, virtual to start and targeting in-person bootcamps.
- Sessions include interactive workshops, role plays and hands on exercises.
Measure and Improve Effectiveness:
- Use leading and lagging indicators to continuously iterate on the program.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership and the People team to connect onboarding to business outcomes.
