Job Description
Receive structured on-the-job training from experienced Research Physicians, learning ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, and developing expertise in medical monitoring and trial safety oversight. Review and assess adverse events, safety data, and protocol deviations, making medical decisions regarding participant safety and study continuation. Provide medical oversight for clinical trials across various therapeutic areas and monitor study compliance with protocols and ethical standards.
