Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Triage production problems and provide fixes in a timely fashion.
- Test and validate application upgrades and system patches.
- Develop new processes and procedures to improve departmental efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Develop SQL queries for complex data analysis.
- Experience working with Python or other programming languages.
- Experience working with Commercial Cloud database tools.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Research customer data related questions.
- Perform data updates on a routine basis.
- Work in a cross-functional geographically dispersed team.
