Shape the world and technical foundations of our game in the Lead Technical Artist role. This role builds and supports workflows for world generation, including procedural nature, landmarks, resources and island generation while also guiding lighting and technical pipelines across the project.
Responsibilities include leading a team and acting as a bridge between Art, Design, and Engineering, designing systems for procedural world generation, and optimizing art assets and shaders. The Lead Technical Artist will also develop terrain generation workflows, integrate new techniques for world creation, and improve performance budgets. The position requires proven experience with Unreal Engine 5, PCG, and scripting, as well as a strong understanding of the graphic rendering pipeline.
