- Own the global payroll accounting close end-to-end.
- Establish and maintain clear, audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness.
Requirements:
- Multi-country payroll operations experience.
- Strong general ledger skills and understanding of payroll accounting concepts.
- Ability to partner effectively with HR/People teams and external payroll providers.
