The Lead Analyst will focus and help manage the client data delivery process, ensuring it meets the client requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities include providing accurate and complete data for client deliverables. They will ensure timely data delivery according to the schedule. The analyst will perform initial root cause and quality control analysis on client deliverables to assess any issues that may arise. They will help create and maintain an ongoing data surveillance process to enable monitoring of recurring data delivery to clients.
The role involves assisting with new client onboarding by clearly defining the format and schedule for data delivery. The Lead Analyst will work to set up appropriate data delivery methods (e.g. SFTP, S3, Snowflake) based on client requirements. They will troubleshoot any data delivery issues, identifying root causes and working with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
