Job Description

Supports the team in technical integrations and partner support on Breuninger.com.

Works closely with partner managers and external service providers.

Assists partners, coordinates them with tight schedules, and evaluates product data quality.

Supports the team in finding solutions for technical problems and incident management.

Acts as a point of contact for support and promotes interactive dialogue with stakeholders.

Partners with Solution Designers to optimize and automate technical processes.

Advises on sales discussions with potential partners and seeks service-oriented solutions.

Reviews product data, provides quality feedback, and manages interface tests and product launches.

Suggests process improvements and enjoys working independently and as part of a team.
