Responsibilities:
- Maintain personal sales production while effectively managing and coaching a team of Home Advisors.
- Conduct daily standup meetings to align team on goals, strategy, and progress.
- Develop industry knowledge and support team in achieving KPIs and quarterly OKRs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience, and licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
- 1-2 years of mortgage or lending experience with in-depth industry knowledge.
- 1-2 years of management experience and demonstrated leadership qualities.
