RF Signal Processing Specialist-Geospatial

Muon Space is seeking a Radio Frequency (RF) Signal Processing Specialist who will sit on the Muon Science Team and will help to develop the algorithms and final stages of processing for the data coming from our spacecraft’s instruments. This role will interact with both instrument engineering and ground data systems teams to ensure a deep understanding of the measurements being made as well as an ability to work with the infrastructure data flows through, aiming for generating low latency retrievals of the highest possible quality in order to meet Muon’s goals. This role will involve an initial focus on RF instruments, though working with data from multiple instrument types is likely, and therefore requires the flexibility to work on a variety of topics. Responsibilities include supporting the algorithmic and software development of data processing pipelines and building operational data products from remote sensing observations.
