Overview:
- This role will lead and manage the assigned clinical operations team.
- Key role in setting and executing departmental strategy.
- Ensures timely execution of clinical research programs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees clinical trial agreements, budgets, expenditures and payments.
- Maintains oversight of study conduct at study centers.
- Interfaces with Chief Medical Officer and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health or science related area.
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech clinical research experience (oncology required).
- Demonstrated managerial skills and strong interpersonal communication.
