Product Analytics Lead

Own and grow the insights function within our Product organization by leading a team of analysts, defining experimentation strategy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, user experience, and retention. This leadership position will shape how we collect and interpret behavioral data, define product KPIs, and turn analysis into clear product decisions. Responsibilities include managing and growing a team of Product Analysts, defining and leading the A/B testing and experimentation strategy across platforms, building and maintaining self-serve dashboards and deep-dive analyses, and establishing a clear product measurement framework across the customer journey.
