Senior Manager, Internal Communications

You will lead the planning, creation, and execution of communications that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned. Your work will help Justworkers understand what’s happening, why it matters, and how they contribute. In this role, you’ll partner closely with executive leaders across the business to shape our internal voice, leading key communications moments such as All Hands and Super All Hands. Managing the internal communications ecosystem that brings clarity and consistency to how information is shared is key. You are a sharp communicator, creative storyteller, and strategic thinker. You understand the role communication plays in aligning employees to business goals and customer impact, tech-savvy and AI-curious—always looking for smarter ways to scale messaging and amplify employee experience.
