Job Description
This role focuses on growing market share by accelerating growth of the Charter partnership with RingCentral. The Channel Manager will be responsible for driving sales enablement, sales opportunities and sales programs within the Charter sales channels. As the lead SME the Channel Manager will be responsible for enabling the Charter SMB and Enterprise sales channels and account teams, which includes training, sales development and general sales support. The role is expected to develop deep knowledge and expertise of Charter business units in both SMB and Enterprise markets. To succeed in this role you must have experience in driving opportunities to close in coordination with Partners. Moreover, conducting regular business reviews and planning meetings with senior sales leadership in assigned region is key for the role, and serving as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
