New Manager, Threat Management

As the Head of Threat Management, you will lead Bridgewater’s threat detection and response functions, managing a team of engineers across different levels while coordinating with other security teams. This senior leadership role involves guiding a high-performing team in maintaining and augmenting threat management operations while maintaining integration with broader initiatives across Security and Technology. You will drive the following responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy, Team and Program Management, and Stakeholder Engagement. You will lead and mentor a team of Engineers fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement for the team’s fully remote workforce.
