CloudOps Engineer

We are seeking a CloudOps Engineer to support our Cloud Operations team. In this role, you will contribute to the strategic direction and execution of our cloud initiatives, ensuring the health and reliability of our production environments while driving transformational change. Primary objectives are to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of cloud-based infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities include planning, building, and managing Cloud systems based with an emphasis on Terraform and AWS, maintaining core application infrastructure that supports customer-facing environments, rearchitecting legacy systems to leverage cloud native tooling to optimize performance and deliver excellence, managing and owning both production and non-production environments for application delivery, debugging, and testing, diagnosing and resolving issues related to system health, reliability, and scalability, applying change management procedures, authoring and executing operating procedures and guidelines, ensuring SLA compliance and adherence to safe data handling procedures, utilizing Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform), and integrating and managing monitoring and reporting tools.
