Job Description
This is your chance to actively shape one of the most strategically important transformations in our Retail Media business. You will scale our Retail Media offerings in DACH, develop partnerships with manufacturers (suppliers), marketplace sellers and agencies, and lead a Sales & KAM team through the change from WKZ to measurable, data-driven impact. You bridge the gap between trade marketing and the retail media future and turn pilots into scalable playbooks.
You will take on revenue and pipeline responsibility for DACH including Forecasting, Tiering, Deal Reviews, QBRs. You develop our GTM playbook and scale it for the entire DACH region (Bundles, Pricing, Use Cases). Leading & Coaching a high-performing Sales & KAM team with a focus on Enablement & Capability Building (Consultative Selling, Negotiations, Storytelling, Objection Handling).
