Job Description
Sales growth:
- Manage the sales process of da Vinci® Surgical Systems.
- Build support from surgeons and administration for da Vinci® Surgery.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets.
Business development:
- Identify key institutions and generate market awareness.
- Develop a sales plan for the local territory.
- Build surgical advocacy teams at each hospital.
Sales process:
- Develop initial contact and relationship with CEO and senior hospital administrators.
- Organize and manage the sales process.
- Resolve contractual issues and coordinate system installation upon purchase approval.
