Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary support to the CFO, managing schedule, travel, and administrative workflows.
  • Provide focused calendar and inbox support to the CEO in partnership with the Chief of Staff.
  • Coordinate logistics for board, investor, and strategic external meetings.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of executive support experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company.
  • Outstanding communication, discretion, and ability to manage complex external calendars.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting cycles and tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Navan.
