Responsibilities:

  • Lead the North American Accounting and Subrights teams, ensuring accurate transactions and GAAP compliance.
  • Direct GL reconciliation and maintenance, including intercompany balances and monthly journal entries.
  • Control financial postings and validate provisions for profit shares and joint ventures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years in corporate accounting or royalty operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. Advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of royalty accounting and revenue recognition; book publishing experience a plus.

Compensation & Culture:
