Head of Data

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire data stack, including ingestion, Redshift, dbt, and Hex, ensuring reliability and scalability across all brands and markets.
• Define and govern the metrics that drive the company, eliminating conflicting definitions and building trusted company infrastructure.
• Lead and grow the data team, hiring additional engineers and setting the technical direction for the platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a hands-on data IC and 3+ years leading teams, with deep fluency in SQL and dbt.
• Experience designing and operating a modern data platform, with strong data architecture and engineering skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business goals into precise metrics and challenge senior leaders on weak KPIs.
