Audience & DMP Operations:
- Build and configure audience segments in our DMP and ad servers based on requests from Sales, Planning, and Account Management.
- QA and maintain existing segments, ensuring accuracy and proper taxonomy.
- Troubleshoot audience delivery issues, partnering with Ad Ops and Engineering to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
Liaison: Sales, Product & Vendors:
- Support day-to-day requests across Sales, Planning, Account Management, and the Audience Product team for all audience and data related needs.
- Coordinate client audience onboarding requests, provide clear instructions, answer questions, and keep Sales updated when segments are live.
- Track and escalate audience related support tickets to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution and keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, media, or data operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across teams without dropping the ball.
