Senior Content Manager (Remote)

Ready to own the entire video lifecycle—from concept to final cut, the Senior Content Manager will proactively shape a company's video culture and storytelling approach. Responsibilities encompass video strategy and planning, production and filming (including operating equipment and coaching talent), post-production and optimization (using Adobe Premiere and AI tools), and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires technical skills in video production, Adobe Premiere, lighting, audio capture, storytelling, plus soft skills such as ownership, lifelong learning, and collaboration. Additional responsibilities are to create customized videos for sales enablement, internal team building, and client outreach. Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing using video.
