People Business Partner

This role will drive business outcomes, champion culture and play an integral part in the development of our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-impact People programs, solving problems and effectively partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization to enhance organizational performance. It is essential that this person demonstrates a bias for action and reflects our 5 core values in all interactions. Independently partner with leaders in the development and execution of key talent programs that support our commitment to a customer-obsessed and high-performing culture, such as talent assessment, performance management, career pathing and development, change leadership, engagement, DEIB and organizational design. Coach leaders at all levels to drive teammate performance and maximize effectiveness to help facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture. Partner with the People team and managers to onboard new teammates and ensure they are successfully integrated into their team and into the culture, and conduct 90-day check-ins to help support new Evolvers.
