Job Description
The Information Security Risk Manager will establish relationships with campus partners and assist leaders in reducing information security risk. They will participate in compliance committees to meet regulatory requirements and communicate security knowledge to various audiences.
Responsibilities include promoting adherence to security policies, coordinating assessment findings, and prioritizing risk reduction efforts based on available resources and risk levels. The manager needs experience and expertise in security standards, communication skills, process development, and the ability to analyze complex issues.
