About the Role:
- At Afresh, we're building data products to define the future of retail grocery analytics, and you'll be the technical leader of the analytics platform.
- You'll own the development of our analytics platform, improving data models, solidifying pipelines, and establishing governance.
What You'll Do:
- Improve, extend, and optimize our data analytics architecture for reliable data across data products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build dimensional models, semantic layer metrics, and agentic context.
- Evolve data quality and governance processes, and mentor other engineers.
Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years as a data engineer or analytics engineer, with exceptional communication and leadership.
- Fluency in SQL, dimensional modeling, data warehouse design, and experience with dbt, orchestration tools, and semantic layers.
- Experience with multi-billion row datasets and working with AI models for reliable analytics.
