Job Description
The Manager of Internal Communications & Employee Engagement drives clarity, connection, and culture across Topstep, ensuring that employees understand the company’s priorities, feel informed, and are inspired to engage through consistent, transparent, and creative communication. This role involves leading Topstep’s internal communications strategy across all channels and audiences, designing and leading engagement campaigns and recognition programs, and planning and executing company-wide events. The role also requires maintaining a consistent internal narrative that reflects Topstep's values, amplifies goals, and strengthens the culture.
