Job Description
This 12-month contract offers 38 hours per week, with set shifts: Monday- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Wednesday- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM these shifts are subject to change You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, or if you're based in Sydney, you're welcome to use our beautiful head office in North Ryde. We're looking for someone who:Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience Is clinically experienced and passionate about customer service Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure Is confident in making accurate triage decisions over the phone Has working knowledge of RxWorks Can follow detailed processes with a high level of attention to detail Is self-motivated and happy working independently Immediate start available with a maximum of 4 weeks notice.
