Job Description
The Sales Application Engineer for Industrial and Environmental (I&E) role at Veolia focuses on supporting internal and external sales teams in commercial processes and driving an excellent customer experience through advanced technical support. The Sales Applications Engineer interfaces with many different parts of the business to gain and maintain expert level product knowledge, including but not limited to product management, technology (hardware and software), field service, and factory service teams.
This is a remote based travel position (roughly 50%), reporting directly to the I&E Sales Manager, and will have a matrix manager for duties related to service support. This role focuses on instruments designed for markets within the Industrial and Environmental business vertical. The candidate will be continuously interfacing with members of the sales team, specialist team, managers, leaders in the aftermarket group, and with teams across the organization, so the desire and ability to work cross functionally within the business to drive projects and business initiatives is key.
