About the Role:

- As Design Director, you'll shape our visual identity and brand strategy.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and evolve the company's visual identity across all channels.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visuals and narratives.
- Create high-quality assets including launch materials, presentations, and web pages.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of design experience specializing in brand identity and visual systems.
- Ability to produce high-quality visual assets across multiple mediums.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort in fast-paced startups.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 USD annually.
- Early-stage equity opportunity.
- Fully remote work environment (US-based).
