Job Description

The Vice President of Growth Marketing will lead marketing efforts with a clear focus on lead generation and adoption in school districts. This senior role is responsible for driving qualified pipeline, building awareness, and helping Just Right Reader reach more educators and students nationwide. You will build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy with lead generation at its core. You will launch campaigns that drive interest, urgency, and demand among district leaders. You will also be creating messaging and content tailored to the K-12 audience across digital and field channels and own top-of-funnel metrics, including lead volume, quality, and conversion. Partner closely with sales to align on ICP, pipeline health, and growth goals; lead brand strategy, thought leadership, and storytelling that reflect our mission; and set and track KPIs around CAC, funnel performance, and campaign ROI. You will also manage a small, agile team of marketers.
