Responsibilities:

  • Define & deliver development plans, process, work instructions, training.
  • Develop new and novel methods, techniques or processes.
  • Technically lead significant areas of the program across system requirements, design, validation and verification.

Basic Success Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline.
  • Deep system development experience from specifying, designing, integrating and testing multiple complex safety critical avionics certification programs.
  • Experience planning and executing all development processes in ARP4754 across multiple programs.

Preferred Criteria:

  • Advanced Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading engagement with airworthiness authorities for new/novel applications.
  • Experience leading multiple different inter-disciplinary teams through complex architectural trade studies or root cause investigations.
