Job Description

ARMRA is seeking a strategic, culturally fluent, and creatively driven Director of Social & Creative Strategy to lead our social vision into its next chapter of growth. This role blends data-backed insight with bold storytelling to translate ARMRA’s wellness mission into a scroll-stopping, social-first brand experience. You’ll develop breakthrough strategies that grow our community, amplify brand storytelling, and drive measurable business impact. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Influencer, Community, CX, and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure social content is not only on-brand—but impossible to ignore. Accountable for the full content lifecycle—from strategy to scheduling to publishing—ensuring timely, platform-optimized execution across all channels. Partner with the Director of Content to guide and refine ARMRA’s social voice and messaging hierarchy to ensure consistency across platforms, creators, and community engagement. Define and own social KPIs (engagement, growth, conversion, attribution), and build reporting frameworks to inform strategy and storytelling.
