Senior Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining discriminative and generative AI models. You will design, train/finetune, and evaluate information retrieval systems capable of handling both structured and unstructured databases. Leveraging historical context and diverse data, you will create innovative models to drive significant business impact. Key responsibilities include training/finetuning large language models, developing and utilizing vector databases, orchestrating information retrieval, and investigating model explainability. You will also collaborate cross-functionally, stay current with advancements in Gen-AI, publish papers, mentor junior engineers, and deliver high-quality solutions.
