Wander is seeking a Travel Concierge to provide exceptional support to guests staying at luxury vacation rentals. As part of a close-knit team, the Concierge will answer common questions using scripts, solve complex guest requests with creativity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to onboard new properties. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and be comfortable using various software platforms such as ClickUp and Breezeway. This role requires the ability to work holidays and weekends and maintain a reliable internet connection and laptop.
